When we met MADDIE and started talking about a music video for "Flirty Little Fling," she'd just dropped her debut EP and was stepping into an era as an independent artist. She had a clear vision: a music video about the revolving door of casual flings that never quite landed where she wanted.

The catch? Basically no budget. But we loved the concept, we loved MADDIE's energy, and honestly, we just wanted to see this thing exist. So we called in favors, leveraged our community, tapped every connection we had, and made it happen for under 2K.

As we talked through references and influences, a pattern emerged: 2000s rom-coms. The pink nostalgia, playful typography, that slightly kitschy-but-sincere energy that makes you want to rewatch 13 Going on 30. We used that as our north star to build an entire visual ecosystem - the music video, a logo, social assets, holiday cards, artist photos, BTS content, and an EPK. Everything tied together, everything cohesive, everything MADDIE.

She started using the brand identity we created across all her work, not just "Flirty Little Fling." It became hers. Flexible enough to grow with her, strong enough to define this new era. And in her words, the whole project made her "high school dreams" come true.
